My Story

Jolanta Kurzak

I am an Independent distributor for one of the worlds renowned nutritional products. I have been helping people change their lives and lifestyles for over 30 years.

I love coaching people to get to where they want to be and achieve their health goals and I too have struggled in the past with both my health and lifestyle but now can confidently say that I am the healthiest I have ever been with no health concerns at the age of 66 and live a comfortable and rewarding life with my daughter and 2 granddaughters, which I never thought would be possible.

A better you, refers to some one that feels good, when you feel good you radiate an energy and look good. When you feel good you are happy, you become someone that everyone wants to be around. Grow your health, If you take care of yourself now, you can prevent health problems and concerns in the future, at the end of the day our health should be looked at as our main priority . Without it, you will not have quality of life. It is much easier to prevent something from happening than to try to reverse damage.
